Moving quickly and meticulously through each successful transaction - Shan’s talent and expertise earned him the 2017 Rising Star Award and the prestigious citywide Real Estate Board of New York Rookie of The Year Award in 2018.
His career in the real estate industry in New York City first by servicing multi-family landlords with marketing and leasing rent-stabilized units. Having closed a record number of rental transactions in the first two years, Shan quickly transitioned into assisting clients to buy, sell, and lease their condos, coops, and townhouses all over the city.
Having honed his skills in the NYC market - Shan is excited to move back home and expand his business into the North Shore of Long Island with the launch of The North Shore Home Advisory Team. Backed by Brown Harris Stevens’ 150-year knowledge and expertise in the luxury real estate industry - Shan is focused on elevating the client’s experience in buying, selling, and leasing of residential real estate in this beautiful part of Long Island.
Shan and his wife, Ashley, grew up in the Stony Brook area and are both alumni of The Stony Brook School. Ashley is a Nurse Practitioner at The Stony Brook University Hospital. They currently reside in Setauket with their 2-year-old daughter and labradoodle.
